- Modul herunterladen & starten.Download & run the module. Es ist keine Installation nötig.No installation required.
- ID & Kennwort durchgeben.Read out ID & password. Sie nennen mir die angezeigten Daten am Telefon.You read me the displayed details over the phone.
- Verbindung bestätigen.Confirm the connection. Sie sehen die Sitzung jederzeit mit und können sie beenden.You can watch the whole session and end it at any time.
- DMG öffnen & App starten.Open the DMG & launch the app. Die geladene Datei „Fernwartung Gölz-IT.dmg" per Doppelklick öffnen – es erscheint ein Fenster mit der App. Diese per Doppelklick starten. Beim ersten Start fragt macOS, ob die aus dem Internet geladene App geöffnet werden soll – auf Öffnen klicken. Keine Installation nötig.Double-click the downloaded file "Fernwartung Gölz-IT.dmg" – a window with the app opens. Double-click the app to launch it. On first launch macOS asks whether to open the app downloaded from the internet – click Open. No installation required.
- Berechtigungen freigeben (wichtig).Grant permissions (important). macOS verlangt für die Fernwartung die Freigaben Bildschirmaufnahme und Bedienungshilfen. TeamViewer führt Sie direkt zu Systemeinstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit. Dort die Schalter für TeamViewer einschalten und mit Touch ID (Fingerabdruck) oder Ihrem Anmeldekennwort bestätigen. Ohne diese Freigaben kann ich Ihren Bildschirm nicht sehen oder steuern.For remote support, macOS requires the permissions Screen Recording and Accessibility. TeamViewer takes you straight to System Settings → Privacy & Security. Turn on the switches for TeamViewer and confirm with Touch ID (fingerprint) or your login password. Without these I can neither see nor control your screen.
